Terms of use
Preamble.
The customer declares to have read the following provisions before placing an order for the products.
Placing an order implies on the part of the customer
full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
All orders require payment from the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to define their needs,

Price.
Product prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included.
excluding shipping costs, they are not negotiable.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may sometimes be payable for shipments abroad and in the French Overseas Territories.
Delivery.
The products are delivered to the delivery address mentioned by the customer when ordering.
If you don't know where you live or forget to tell me that you didn't change the address on your checks and now live on the other side of the country, don't be surprised if you have to chase your packages.
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the delivered product before accepting the package.
The customer must, in the event of damage or missing product, report the problem to the postman upon delivery and inform me of any necessary findings as quickly as possible so that we can make the insurance work.
Any order delivered outside the European Community may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties. Payment of these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and is their sole responsibility.
Shipping fees.
Shipping costs are based on the VALUE and WEIGHT of the goods ordered, so they are calculated on a case-by-case basis at the time of ordering.
As an indication, for a package of less than 1kg, with a value of less than €200, the shipping costs would be €16.
Shipping costs are due for each order placed.
In the case of sending abroad they are calculated according to the country of destination.
Regulations

In the event of late payment, interest equal to 12% per month applies, in addition to any legal and recovery costs.
Right to retract :
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days to return, at his own expense, products which do not suit him.
This period runs from the day the order is delivered.
Only products returned complete and intact will be taken back,
and in perfect resalable condition.
Any product that has been damaged, broken, dismantled, or nibbled
will not be refunded or exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, the customer only bearing the return costs.
The customer can request either reimbursement of the sums paid,
or an asset.
Withdrawal form , to print, complete and attach to the return shipment of the items.
Miscellaneous problems
Defective products will be taken back and refunded or exchanged or will be subject to a credit.

Reimbursement procedure:
If you request a refund, you will be refunded as soon as the items are back here.
Shipping costs remain your responsibility and the items must return in perfect condition.
Reimbursement will be made by bank check in the name of the customer who placed the order.

All texts, comments, illustrations, instructions for use and images contained on Magiedubouddha.com or sent with an object are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the entire world.

The products offered comply with current French legislation.

Magiedubouddha.com cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire and invasion of man-eating zombies.
Applicable law - Disputes:
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

The information requested from the customer is necessary to process their order,
