This first edition Phra Somdej Naphok amulet was consecrated in 1994 by the Very Venerable Luang Pho Hong Promapanyo at Wat Petchaburi , in Surin Province, on the occasion of the Venerable's 76th birthday .
The Phra Somdej Naphok is distinguished by its depiction of the Buddha in a meditative posture, seated on a three-tiered pedestal with the stylized King of the Nagas behind him. This iconography is traditionally associated with high protection , karmic elevation, and inner stability.
Luang Pho Hong Promapanyo is renowned in Thailand for the spiritual power of his blessings and the purity of his intention. Amulets made during his ceremonies are said to radiate a balanced, protective, and profoundly benevolent energy.
