🐓 Phra Somdej Rooster Amulet – Luang Phor Parn Style – blessed by LP Uthen (Wat Tha Mai)

This rare Phra Somdej amulet made of sacred powder depicts the Buddha seated in meditation under the tree of awakening, on a lotus base, accompanied by a stylized rooster at his feet – a symbol of vigilance and vitality in the Thai Buddhist tradition.

It is inspired by the unique style of the Most Venerable Luang Phor Parn Sunantho (Wat Bang Nom Kho), famous for having integrated symbolic animals under the representations of the Buddha, notably the rooster, the turtle or the fish.

The reverse side features a square yant accompanied by sacred letters in Khom script, as well as the name of Wat Tha Mai (วัดท่าไม้), a renowned temple located in Samut Sakhon province. This place is today a much-visited spiritual center, under the guidance of Venerable Luang Phor Uthen (Phrakru Palat Uthen Sirisaro) , a charismatic master known for his grand ceremonies, his compassion, and his rigor in teaching the Dharma.

This amulet was consecrated during a great collective blessing, aimed at strengthening mental clarity, success, alertness and protection against negative influences.

In ancient times, sacred roosters were associated with daybreak, awakened wisdom, and the ability to dispel darkness with one's voice. In this amulet, the rooster serves as a reminder that the right word, spoken at the right time, can awaken hearts still asleep in ignorance.

The wearer of this amulet attracts the benevolent gaze of the morning devas and always gets up on the right foot to face the day, protected by the merits of the Buddha and the vigilance of the sacred rooster.
