Chinese fortune bag and hand talismans dedicated to the Er Guer Fong Sanctuary (Bangkok).

Er Ger Fong (1851 – 1937) also known as Zheng Zhiyong was a Chinese businessman, philanthropist and member of secret societies in early 20th century Thailand. He is nowadays regarded as a "God of Luck" by gamblers in Thailand.
