Ancient amulet Phra Somdej Phaya Kruth – Wat Bang Nomkho – Luang Phor Parn
This is a rare ancient Phra Somdej Phaya Kruth amulet , dedicated at Wat Bang Nomkho (Ayutthaya) in the lineage of the very venerable Luang Phor Parn Sunantharo (1875–1938) , one of the most famous monks in Thailand.
This amulet depicts Buddha Phra Somdej with Phaya Kruth (Garuda) , the mythical bird, king of winged beings and mount of Vishnu. In Buddhist and Brahmanic tradition, Garuda is a symbol of power, victory and protection against all dark forces.
