Guan Yu Earth Protector Amulet - Ryu Jitsamphat
This remarkable Thai sacred powder amulet depicts the deity Guan Yu in his posture as Earth Protector. Guan Yu, Chinese God of War, is traditionally associated with loyalty, courage, integrity, protection, and prosperity.
This amulet was created by Khun Ryu Jitsamphat, a Thai spiritual figure known for his special connection to the worship of Guan Yu.
Its unique quality lies in the composition of its sacred material. Khun Ryu Jitsamphat personally collected the powders used in its creation from four different countries: Thailand, Australia, Taiwan, and China.
Part of these materials notably comes from Guan Yu's mausoleum in China. The preparation of the worship ceremony and the prayers addressed to Guan Yu were performed at Guan Yu's cemetery in the city of Luoyang, Henan province.
The amulet then received a ritual consecration intended to bestow upon it its spiritual and protective properties.
On one side, Guan Yu appears standing as a protective warrior, towering over a dragon. The other side features a powerful Chinese dragon surrounded by traditional symbols.
