Large pendant composed of a yellow-green, lens-shaped Naga crystal in a custom-made golden reliquary.
Naga crystals (also called "eye of the Naga" or Dta Payanag in Thai) are stones found along the banks of the Mekong River and which, according to legend, come from the treasures of the giant Naga serpents and are offered to humans as a reward for not polluting the places where the Nagas live and for leaving them in peace.
These rare sacred stones can be found in two different forms:
- Geodes containing one or more small pearls.
- Large raw crystals.
The yellow Eye of the Nagas that I am offering you here was cut into the shape of a lens by a craftsman from Nongkhai from a large crystal.
Naga eye pendants are worn not only for their beauty but also to attract the blessings and goodwill of water spirits into one's daily life.
