🪷 Antique double-sided pendant of the Bodhisattva Guan Yin – Hand-painted enamel – Gold-plated setting
This antique double-sided pendant depicts the great Bodhisattva of compassion, Guan Yin (觀音) , hand-painted on enamel. Each side offers a different iconography: on one, she is depicted in a blessing position, against an intense red background; on the other, she appears standing in a dynamic attitude, holding a sacred vessel.
The gilded metal frame is finely crafted: one side is set with brilliant rhinestones, the other engraved with traditional motifs. This type of talisman was worn to invoke the benevolence, protection, and support of Guan Yin in life's trials.
